Transformation Starts with Trust
“Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity. It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity.” ~Brene Brown
About Me
I believe healing happens in the context of safe, compassionate relationships—and that trust is the soil where transformation can take root.
I'm so glad you're here. It takes courage to seek help.
I’ve spent my entire adult life in the world of caregiving. As a mother myself, I understand firsthand the emotional labor, identity shifts, and invisible weight that so many mothers and caregivers carry. Before becoming a therapist, I supported families as a birth and postpartum doula and worked as a massage therapist specializing in prenatal care. That experience shaped the way I hold space—with gentleness, presence, and deep respect for the stories our bodies carry.
Now, as a therapist, I specialize in helping mothers and caregivers navigate the complex layers of trauma, attachment wounds, and identity. You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to show up for yourself while showing up for everyone else. You’re not alone.
When a mother begins to heal, it ripples outward—strengthening her parenting, nurturing healthier relationships, and planting seeds of emotional resilience in the next generation. I also support clients in developing practical parenting tools rooted in connection and empathy, so they can show up with more presence, confidence, and compassion.
Part of this healing includes coming home to your body—learning to listen, trust, and feel safe within it again. Your body holds wisdom, and we honor that in the therapeutic process.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-focused care. Together, we gently explore the roots of your pain—not to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with your wholeness, your strength, and your sense of self.
Whether you’re here to heal, grow, or simply exhale—I’m here to walk alongside you, every step of the way.

My Approach
Trauma + Trust
Trauma can leave us feeling unsafe—not just in the world, but in our own bodies and relationships. Rebuilding trust, especially after early or relational trauma, takes time, care, and the right kind of support. I offer a steady, attuned presence where clients can begin to feel what safety and connection truly feel like. Together, we work at your pace to gently untangle past pain and create new experiences of trust—with yourself, others, and the world around you.
Anxiety + Depression
Depression and anxiety often show up as signals—signs that something deeper is asking for attention, care, or change. I work with clients to gently explore what’s beneath the surface, whether it's old relational wounds, chronic stress, or a sense of disconnection from self and others. My approach is attuned and collaborative, helping people understand their symptoms in the context of their life story.
Attachment
Our earliest attachment relationships shape the way we relate to ourselves and others throughout life. When those bonds were inconsistent, neglectful, or overwhelming, we may carry patterns of anxiety, avoidance, or shame into adult relationships, including with our own children. I support clients in gently exploring these early wounds through an attachment-based lens, helping them understand how past dynamics continue to live in the present. Whether you're working to heal your own story or parent in a new way, we’ll create space for insight, compassion, and new patterns of connection.
Addiction
Addiction typically begins as a way to cope with pain, disconnection, or unresolved trauma. I work with clients who are exploring their relationship to substances or behaviors with compassion and curiosity, rather than shame. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, supporting clients in uncovering the underlying wounds that fuel addictive patterns. Together, we work toward healing, self-trust, and more sustainable ways of finding relief and connection.
Somatic + Embodied
So much of our emotional experience lives in the body—often in ways we’re not consciously aware of. I integrate somatic practices into therapy to help clients reconnect with their bodies as sources of wisdom, regulation, and healing. This might look like EMDR, tracking sensations, grounding through breath, or noticing how certain patterns live physically in the nervous system. Somatic work is especially helpful for trauma, offering a path toward safety and connection that goes beyond words.
Pregnancy + Parenting
Pregnancy and parenting can stir up deep emotions, old wounds, and questions about identity, safety, and connection. I work with parents and parents-to-be who are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, or the impact of their own childhood experiences as they step into caregiving roles. Whether you're processing a difficult birth, struggling to bond, or simply feeling lost in the transition, I've got you.
